The Biological RevolutionEdit

On the heels of the Digital Age came the Biological Revolution, where progress on repairing and healing the human mind and body made leaps and bounds. Almost any illness could be cured, and any genetic predispositions or defects could be eliminated, and parents could customize their children’s genetic characteristics. Also during this time the first integration of mechanics and biology occurred, enhancing and expanding humanity’s abilities physically and mentally.

These advances resulted in people’s biological ageing process essentially stopping at thirty years of age. Initially only the very rich could afford these treatments, but as processes became more efficient and simplification techniques were discovered, the middle classes of the world were able to access these technologies.
